We have our own Tooling Design and Making Department, we have our Workshops of Mold Injection, Stamping, Rubber Products, Welding, Assembling and Packing.

We are located in Jinan, China, it takes about two hours by High Speed Train to Beijing, Qingdao, Nanjing and Tianjin, 3 to 4 hours to Shanghai. Only 10 to 45 minutes to Jinan International Airport, High Speed Train Stations and Highway.

FAQ

1.Q:How to save mold cost or tooling charge?
A:We have our own workshop to make molds and toolings, the fee we charge is usually only the cost of buying the metals what the molds/tooling need. And some time we make it free charge if there is an order with a proper quantity.

2.Q:How to control quality?
A:Our quality team will check the products during producing and before packing. We always keep the QC record including material certificate for more than twenty years.

3.Q:How to deliver the goods to buyers?
A:Usually we ship the goods by sea, full containers or LCL, sometimes by air, courier or train.

4.Q:How are about the delivery time?
A:Usually the molds/tooling and samples need 20 to 40 days. When the molds or tooling are ready, an order usually need 10 days to 60 days depend on the quantity of the order and how many sets  of the molds/tooling we made.

5.Q:How are about the terms of payment?
A:Usually we accept T/T, usually 30% advance.
